Founded IN 1999

MONITA was founded on August 1, 1999, building on the tradition and experience of the Plastor company, in the field of plastic toys production. At the beginning of the activity, the company had 12 employees, and its headquarters were located on Voltaire street, number 1, in Oradea.

2000

The collaboration with the Smoby company from France begins for the production of games and toys in Iohn, a collaboration that spans a period of 8 years.

2004

Afterwards, machines, molds and orders for household and household products are transferred from Plastor. In parallel, the company also specializes in the technology of blowing hollow bodies, making products for the domestic and industrial fields (drums and barrels).

2005

MONITA concluded a collaboration contract with the HOYLAND FOX company from Great Britain for the manufacture of umbrella frames. This activity expanded by creating a work point in Vadu Crisului town, Bihor county, where 112 employees were recruited. The collaboration ended in May 2008 as a result of the insolvency of the English company.

2008

MONITA took over the production of cables from the company Charlie in Oradea, specializing in the manufacture of cable ties for household appliances, with a particular focus on the main customer at that time, Electrolux Satu-Mare. MONITA becomes a supplier of household and household items for the sales company of the Plastor Group, called PLASTOR TRADING. Until 2008, MONITA operated as a joint-stock company, later adopting the legal form of a Limited Liability Company (SRL).

2009

MONITA tries a new segment of activity by importing and selling some road signaling products from China. Later, MONITA starts the production of its own road signaling products (cone, parapet, beacon) which it registers in Osim and approves technically at the Transport Research Institute - INCERTRANS S.A. Bucharest. MONITA becomes a supplier of wiring for the refrigerated cabins of the Frigoglass Timisoara company. At the same time, he makes cables for professional lighting fixtures for DIETAL Codlea.

2010

MONITA begins collaboration with OUTILS WOLF from France and MOGATEC Germany in the production of parts and subassemblies for lawn mowers. The Quality Management System certification is obtained according to the SR EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, with the Unicert company.

2011

New collaborations begin with various companies: UROLA for the production of packaging and gardening articles, a collaboration that continues today DOURDIN for the production of car accessories METALICA for the production of markers for stoves MODELLEISENBAHN for the production of markers for functional toy trains.

2013

MONITA purchases from the FU CHUN SHIN MACHINERY company in Taiwan 2 new injection machines, one of 100 tf and the other of 200 tf. The certification of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System is obtained, according to the SR OHSAS 18001:2008 standard, respectively of the Environment according to the SR EN ISO 14001:2005 standard, also with the Unicert company.

2014

MONITA acquires 3 new injection machines: one of 60 tf, the second of 100 tf and the third of 350 tf.

2016

MONITA starts producing injection molded parts for medical equipment for the customer DRIVE MEDICAL.

2019

MONITA makes a new investment by purchasing a new blow molding machine with a capacity of 60 liters, model HC-90S, from the Chinese company KINGPLAS MACHINERY.

2022

MONITA begins collaboration with SIMEA SIBIU SRL for the production of electrical fuse assemblies and with GEMINI TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L. from Italy.

2024

In 2024, we proudly celebrate 25 years of existence, experience, and professionalism. We would like to thank all our partners who have been with us throughout these years and thanks to whom we can celebrate this anniversary!
