Project management

Monita's project team is dedicated to developing new products in both the electrical wiring and injection or blow-molded parts sectors. Our offerings also include complete services for mold creation and maintenance. All these activities are carried out in close collaboration with the technical managers of the PLASTOR Molding Department.

The implementation of new projects assigned to the Monita team is conducted through a team-based approach, involving technical managers, production managers, and quality managers, under the guidance of a Project Manager from the Marketing Department. Their role is to establish the technical specifications of the new project and define the specific technological process for each product, ensuring efficient development and implementation that meet the relevant requirements and standards.
